Help leaders connect their behavioural preferences with the work of setting direction, building commitment and following through. Everything DiSC Work of Leaders provides a structured starting point.

Everything DiSC Work of Leaders focuses on three leadership responsibilities: vision, alignment and execution. The profile connects a leader’s behavioural tendencies with practices in these areas. Unlike an assessment centred on interpersonal differences, it examines how an individual approaches the work of leading a group.
A strategy can be clear to the executive team and still feel abstract to everyone else. Leaders need to test assumptions, explain choices, listen for concerns and translate intent into action. Spectrum uses the framework to examine a real leadership challenge rather than leaving the discussion at the level of personal style.

We begin with the work you want to improve and the conversations your people need to have. If several assessments could fit, Spectrum will help you choose a focused starting point rather than adding assessments without a clear purpose.

Before the session, we clarify your objectives, the participant group and any examples that will make the discussion relevant. Learners complete the appropriate assessment in advance so workshop time can focus on interpretation, conversation and practice.
During the session, we connect the insight to real work through individual reflection, pairs and facilitated group discussion. Afterwards, participants leave with specific actions. Follow-up sessions, manager conversations or a broader programme can be included in the agreed scope.
The assessment remains standardised; Spectrum tailors the learning experience. Your proposal will distinguish assessment access, facilitation, materials and any follow-up support. Contact Kyle for a quote based on your group and objectives.
No. Work of Leaders is a self-assessment. If your goal is feedback from colleagues or direct reports, discuss a separately designed feedback process with Spectrum.
We combine individual reflection with discussion of a shared business priority. The aim is to improve how leaders work together on direction and delivery, not to rank their styles.
No. Different styles can contribute to effective leadership. The programme focuses on behaviours and context, rather than declaring one style superior.
