Kyle brings three decades of experience in DiSC, leadership development and organizational training to the work.
His approach connects behavioural insight with the practical realities of leadership and teamwork. The aim is to help people understand what is happening, have a more useful conversation and decide what to do next.
Through Spectrum, Kyle works across assessments, surveys, facilitation and training. That breadth makes it possible to consider the organisational need before choosing a workshop or a tool.
