Your conflict patterns

Discuss the learningConstructive disagreement
Disagreement is part of working together. Everything DiSC Productive Conflict helps people examine their reactions and replace unhelpful patterns with more constructive responses.

Everything DiSC Productive Conflict explores how DiSC styles can influence conflict behaviour. Participants examine destructive and productive responses, the thoughts that can fuel a reaction, and ways to reframe those thoughts. The focus is self-awareness and behaviour during conflict rather than a prescribed mediation process.
A disagreement about the work becomes a judgement about the person. People interrupt, withdraw, defend or avoid the issue altogether. Spectrum creates a structured space to explore these patterns using appropriate examples and to practise a more deliberate response.

Teams and leaders who need healthier conversations.
We begin with the work you want to improve and the conversations your people need to have. If several assessments could fit, Spectrum will help you choose a focused starting point rather than adding assessments without a clear purpose.

Before the session, we clarify your objectives, the participant group and any examples that will make the discussion relevant. Learners complete the appropriate assessment in advance so workshop time can focus on interpretation, conversation and practice.
During the session, we connect the insight to real work through individual reflection, pairs and facilitated group discussion. Afterwards, participants leave with specific actions. Follow-up sessions, manager conversations or a broader programme can be included in the agreed scope.
The assessment remains standardised; Spectrum tailors the learning experience. Your proposal will distinguish assessment access, facilitation, materials and any follow-up support. Contact Kyle for a quote based on your group and objectives.
It can build skills that support better conversations, but it is not a substitute for investigation, formal mediation or a necessary management decision. We clarify the situation before recommending a group workshop.
No. The session can use neutral scenarios and private reflection. Participants should not be pressured to disclose sensitive experiences to the group.
Productive Conflict is a separate Everything DiSC application. Catalyst offers other learning options, including Worksmart content on managing conflict; they should not be confused with the Productive Conflict profile.
