Professional listening during a customer discovery meeting

What is Everything DiSC Sales?

Everything DiSC Sales explores a participant’s selling style and how it may interact with different customer preferences. The learning includes recognising buying styles and adapting a sales approach. A personalised profile supports discussion of strengths, challenges and practical relationship strategies.

A detailed presentation may reassure one customer and overwhelm another. A fast close can feel decisive to one buyer and rushed to the next. Spectrum connects assessment insight with actual account situations so salespeople can improve how they listen, explain value and agree on next steps.

Who is it for?

Sales professionals, account managers and sales leaders.

We begin with the work you want to improve and the conversations your people need to have. If several assessments could fit, Spectrum will help you choose a focused starting point rather than adding assessments without a clear purpose.

What participants work towards

  • Recognise the preferences that shape your usual selling approach.
  • Ask better questions about how a customer wants to evaluate a decision.
  • Adjust the pace and level of detail without changing the facts.
  • Prepare a customer conversation that respects the buyer’s priorities.

How Spectrum brings it to life

Before the session, we clarify your objectives, the participant group and any examples that will make the discussion relevant. Learners complete the appropriate assessment in advance so workshop time can focus on interpretation, conversation and practice.

During the session, we connect the insight to real work through individual reflection, pairs and facilitated group discussion. Afterwards, participants leave with specific actions. Follow-up sessions, manager conversations or a broader programme can be included in the agreed scope.

The assessment remains standardised; Spectrum tailors the learning experience. Your proposal will distinguish assessment access, facilitation, materials and any follow-up support. Contact Kyle for a quote based on your group and objectives.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace sales-process training?

No. It can complement your existing process by improving the interpersonal side of discovery, communication and relationship management.

Can customers be assigned a style without an assessment?

Any informal observation is a hypothesis, not a confirmed result. We encourage salespeople to ask about preferences and adapt respectfully rather than label customers.

Can you tailor the examples to our industry?

Yes. We can use appropriate account scenarios, buying cycles and stakeholder situations supplied during planning, while preserving the assessment itself.
