A place to return to your insight
Catalyst is the Everything DiSC learning platform. It connects learners with their profile, colleagues and groups, providing a way to revisit behavioural insight beyond the initial workshop. Workplace forms the foundation, with additional learning applications available according to the package enabled.
For an organisation, the planning question is how people will use it. Spectrum helps connect access with a clear learning purpose, an initial introduction and opportunities to apply the insight in real work.

Plan a rollout that fits your organisation
We begin with the intended participants, their existing assessment history and the outcomes you want to support. A pilot group may help clarify the learning approach before a broader rollout. Participant invitations should explain the purpose of the assessment and how profile sharing will work.
A good introduction gives people time to understand the platform and ask questions. We can connect that introduction with a facilitated workshop, followed by practical prompts for meetings, one-to-ones or team discussions. Technical access alone is not a learning strategy.

Can existing learners add more learning?
Additional applications may be added to eligible Catalyst accounts. We check existing profiles and access before recommending an upgrade.
Does Catalyst replace facilitation?
The platform supports learning and everyday application. Facilitated conversation can help people interpret their results, ask questions and agree how to use the insight together.
